Alice and Nick 7th October 2017

Alice and Nick got married on Saturday 7th October, the ceremony was at the very pretty Christchurch in Norwich with the reception then at the majestic Langley Abbey. Alice knew exactly which rose she wanted to feature in the flowers, ‘Memory Lane’ roses are a beautiful dusky lilacy-pink which she loved, the colour scheme was dusky lilacy-pink shades, ivories with palest green featuring in the venue flowers. The bridal bouquet featured ‘Memory Lane’ roses, some ivory ‘Snowflake’ spray roses, white fluffy ‘Gyp’ with palest blue toned foliages mixed through. The bridesmaids were really simple made from just fluffy white ‘Gyp’ with some ‘Memory Lane’ roses and subtle blue toned foliages mixed through adding a soft texture that look so stunning. For the ceremony Alice and Nick wanted two large pedestal designs one was at the front of the church with the other placed near the entrance to greet the guests, the designs were full of lovely blooms including ‘Antirrhinums’, big blowsy pale green ‘Hydrangea’, dusky pink ‘Memory Lane’ roses, clouds of fluffy white ‘Gyp’, pretty pink toned ‘Wax-flowers’, some ivory ‘Snowflake’ spray roses and pink ‘Lisianthus’ with subtle toned ‘Eucalyptus’ foliages peeking out and trailing ivy rambling from the design, these were then moved onto Langley Abbey to be enjoyed during the afternoon and evening. The pew ends were very simple, made from just white ‘Gyp’ clustered together and tied onto the pews with deep navy organza ribbon. At Langley Abbey Alice and Nick wanted a beautiful garland across the top of the banister that overlooked the reception room, this was full of trailing ivy, ‘Eucalyptus’, clusters of ‘Gyp’, some ‘Antirrhinums’, ‘Memory Lane’ roses, a few ‘Snowflake’ spray roses and pretty pink ‘Wax-flowers’. The table flowers were made from three vases, the tallest had a chapel candle in adding a stunning cosy glow, the medium vase had a beautiful relaxed style tied bunch made from flowers that feature in the rest of the wedding, and the smallest vase had just white ‘Gyp’ for a simple style. The three vase was then surrounded by tea lights in hired holders adding a romantic feel for the evening celebrations.
